HabboCIA - Training Requirements

You must use BLUE chat within the training. If there is another training going on, use GREEN text. Do not copy RED text.

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the official Central Intelligence Agency's Recruit Training Session!
I am [Username], and I will be conducting today's training.
Throughout this session, please address me as Sir / Ma'am

This training session will take up around 10 to 15 minutes of your time.
I ask that you do not AFK during this session, if you need to AFK please let me know.
I strongly recommend that you pay full attention throughout the duration of the session.
I also suggest taking notes, but this is optional.
There will be a test at the end of the session.
If you feel as though i'm going too fast or too slow, don't hesitate to say.

First of all, we will start by discussing your role within the CIA.
Your role is to Fill The Front (FTF) desks and recruit people whilst here.
If someone new would like to join, you must instruct them to do two things:
1. Join and wear CIA's main badge.
2. Change their motto to: [CIA] Recruit
Just to let you know, we do not have a uniform policy, so feel free to wear what you want.

COMMANDS
I will now cover the important commands that you need to know whilst working at the CIA.

Fill The Front (FTF) - Take a seat at the front desks, to recruit or assist people.
Fill the Back (FTB): Have a seat on our back seats, and feel free to AFK or BRB.
AFK stands for Away from Keyboard and BRB stands for Be Right Back.
Fill The Security (FTS) - Take a seat at the security station and let workers in.
Back To Base (BTB) - Return back to base as soon as possible.
Clear The Hallway (CTH) - Move out of the hallway, and quickly look for a seat.
Attention (ATT) - When told this, always remember to do three things:
1. Stand and face the person who ATT-ed you.
2. Wave by typing o/
3. Say "Yes, Sir/Ma'am" respective to their gender.
At Ease (AE) - You are allowed to sit upon given this command after being ATT-ed.

Lets practice that! When I say ATT, demonstrate how it is done!

Wait until the Trainee has practiced before proceeding further.

RULES
I will now cover 12 CIA Rules that you need to know whilst working here.
Please make sure to remember them!

1. Harassment towards a VIP, guest or a co-worker is not tolerated at CIA.
2. No asking for pay, promotion or rights. Support+ will decide if you deserve it.
3. You are NOT allowed to use effects, or spam capitalized letters on CIA premises.
4. Self-promoting and double-jobbing is not permitted.
5. Only let authorised people, such as VIPs or workers, into the HQ via the FTF.
6. Being on Away From Keyboard (AFK) or Be Right Back (BRB) at the FTF is not permitted.
And by this, it is prohibited that you idle on stations.
To avoid this, you can press space then enter, wave by typing "o/", or send welcome messages.
However, beware that CIA doesn't allow the use of Auto Type/Click whilst filling stations.
If you are caught using these programs, you may face further consequences, such as pay ban, demotions or dismissal.
7. Always adhere to the Habbo rules.
8. Address all superiors as Sir or Ma'am, respective to their genders.
9. Insubordination, the act of refusal to listen to a superior, is not tolerated at CIA.
10. You are to always wear the appropriate badge, and motto at all times.
11. Poaching other members from other agencies within their base is not allowed.
12. Never use red coloured chat within the CIA base, unless permitted by an iC.

STRIKE SYSTEM
The next part of the training session will be about CIA's Strike System.
If a CIA employee breaks any of the rules I have just mentioned,
they will be issued warnings and strikes using our infraction system.
An employee is allowed a maximum of 3 strikes before they are fired from the CIA.

If a rule is broken, the first action will be a Verbal Warning.
The aim of a verbal warning is to eliminate any further rule breaks.

The 1st infraction that will be issued is a Logged Warning.
The 2nd infraction that will be issued is a Strike 1.
The 3rd infraction that will be issued is a Strike 2, this is where they would be demoted.
The 4th and final infraction that will be issued is a Strike 3.
This is where an employee would be dismissed or fired from the CIA.

If someone is dismissed from the CIA, they have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before they can return.

TEST:
We have now reached the most important part of the session, the test!
If you fail the test, you will have to retake the training,

If there are 2 or more trainees:

You're required to use the 'whisper' function throughout the test section.
Do you know how to use the whisper function?

If they do not know how to whisper, please teach them how to so that they can whisper their answers to you

If you have any questions before we start the test, now is your time to ask them.

If there are 2 or more trainees:
3. Please whisper 3 of the CIA rules to me.

If there is only 1 trainee
3. Please say 3 of the CIA rules to me.

4. If someone would like to join the CIA, what must you tell them to do?
5. If an employee received their third strike, would they be dismissed? (Yes/No)

You will be required to demonstrate the ATT and AE commands.

Ensure that they have preformed the ATT command before proceeding.

RESULTS

For Recruits who failed (3/7 and below):
I'm sorry to say, but you've failed the CIA training today.
Do you wish to retake the training session?

If the recruit wishes to retake the session, please do so.

For Recruits who passed (4/7 or above):
Congratulations! You are now an official CIA member.
Please now change your motto to:
[CIA] Rookie Agent [Trainer's Tag]

As for our pay system, pay times are as follows:
12am and 1am
1am and 2am
7am and 8am
12pm and 1pm
1pm and 2pm
6pm and 7pm
7pm and 8pm
You must be filling a station an hour before each pay time begins to be eligible,
So if you are going to collect 1pm pay, you will need to work
1 hour from 12pm to 1pm in order to collect your pay.
You are required to fill a station for at least 60 minutes before pay times.
If you have left the room or disconnected during the 1 hour whilst you work,
You have 2 minutes to return to Habbo in order to still be eligible.
As a standard agent, your pay would be 3c each pay time.

In order to claim pay, you can claim via our portal.
If you can, please go to habbocia|pw, and let me know when you're there.
Wait for response
Great! Now can you click HabboCIA - Portal location on the right of the navigation menu.
Once you're there, can you please click 'Register' and follow the process.
You will need to replace your motto with CIA-Portal to register.
Wait for employee to register to the portal
Great! Once you have a minimum of 10 points, a button will appear on the home screen,
That button will display "Claim Pay" and it will direct you to claiming pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do in CIA?

Other than the general role of recruiting members, letting people through security and training our new members, you help around the HQ by staying active and making sure that the agency runs smoothly, as well as actively partaking in the several special units above. You also get the opportunity to quickly get promoted up through the ranks.

How often do you pay? and how much do you pay?

Currently, we pay eight times a day at 1am, 2am, 7am, 8am, 1pm, 2pm, 7pm and 8pm GMT+0. We currently pay 3-5c each pay time with the maximum amount of credits you can earn being 40c in one day!

My timezone isn't GMT+0, how do I know what time pay is for me?
