Only [iC] Founders till [2iC] Commissioners and above are allowed to have a PA.
The PA must be in Operations division and above in order to be chosen.
If the PA rules are not followed, your PA may be terminated and the superior will suffer consequences.
The PA will not have his/her motto changed or his rank changed, he/she will just be a personal assistance of who has asked him/her to become their personal assistant.
He/She will be doing personal tasks for the person who required a PA such as filing logs for him/her and many more things. They are only allowed to ask you to do jobs in the CIA and only in the CIA.
Section 1.4 - Promotions
Promoters must use the CIA Portal and post a promotion log under the promotion logsection straight away after promoting someone.
Promoters must also follow the 'Promoting Hours' policy and structure. This can be found on the CIA website Guides > Promotions Guide.
Promoters must also make sure that they log their promotion logs on the CIA portal. Anyone caught promoting without logging their promotion logs on the portal will be disciplined or even demoted to the point where they are not able to promote any more.
Section 1.4 - Logs
In CIA, documenting and keeping records of logs is one of the most important tasks and must be done. It must also be done correctly or there may be consequences.
Without records, we will lose count of what's going on and there may be confusion.
Please post your logs, it only takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to post a log.
We have even provided formats so you don't need to type a bunch of words every time, all you need to do is just fill in the questions the format asks you to fill in.
All The Actions Stated Below Must Be Logged On The CIA Portal Under CIA Logs:
Promotions
Infractions
Sales
Training
Badge Removals (only for those with badge admin)
Transfers
Leaves
What if I am a promotion, sales, leave admin?
With these, you are granted access to manage and monitor the section of which you have been provided admin for. For example: Leave Admin - this means you administer people's leave requests. When members of the CIA put in for a Leave, they are requesting a leave, which there needs to be looked at by what we call it, a 'Leave Admin', and the same sort of aspect goes for every other type of log admin.
(WARNING: If you do not post any of these logs mentioned above when you do what it says then you will face consequences and you may lose your job if you refuse to post logs.)
