Welcome to the Support's Training session.
First I want to congratulate you on making it so far!
I'll be your trainer for this session.
By the end of this training you'll be able to promote members.
Please pay attention, as there will be a test at the end.

Let's start with how to promote a member on the Portal.
Please open a new tab and go to habbocia.pw/portal/login
Tell me once you're there.

Now that you are on the portal, go to Members>Members List
Search for the person you want to promote in the search bar
If they are eligible for a promotion, it will show a green arrow on the right of their name.
When you are promoting them into a new division, please make sure they request the appropriate badge.
If there is no Badge Admin around, you can put your request up in #requests in our Discord.
If you promote someone to a new division don't forget to train them (if training is required).
If the person is eligible for a promotion, you stand one tile behind them and call the ATT command.
Make sure you both have an online time of 30+ minutes.
You can check this by clicking on their avatar and checking their last login says '30 minutes'.
After you have checked the requirements, please give them the correct motto.
Please use the AE command when you are finished.

Now let's talk about a few rules before you promote someone.
You are able to train up to Instructor.
Don't promote those in the same division as yourself or higher.
Both you and the employee should have an online time of 30+ minutes.
Promoters are only allowed to promote the same employee no more than 2 times in a row.
After promoting an employee, you are required to wait 3 minutes before promoting another,
this is to ensure that it is fair for others to also have the chance in promoting also.

Keep in mind that we don't allow promotion hoarding or hovering.
That means you can't stand behind an employee and wait until they reach 30 min OT.

Congratulations! You have passed the Support training!
You may now change your motto to: [CIA] Junior Support I [Trainer's Tag][Your Tag]
Remember, as a Support you are responsible for commanding and promoting those
that are a lower rank than you.

If they score 2 or below:
Oh no! It appears you have failed the test!

What do you do in CIA?

Other than the general role of recruiting members, letting people through security and training our new members, you help around the HQ by staying active and making sure that the agency runs smoothly, as well as actively partaking in the several special units above. You also get the opportunity to quickly get promoted up through the ranks.

How often do you pay? and how much do you pay?

Currently, we pay eight times a day at 1am, 2am, 7am, 8am, 1pm, 2pm, 7pm and 8pm GMT+0. We currently pay 3-5c each pay time with the maximum amount of credits you can earn being 40c in one day!

My timezone isn't GMT+0, how do I know what time pay is for me?
