Able to sell ranks until [2iC] Commissioners (only if ranks are eligible to be sold). Must be apart of Executive Board. 100% of all sales must be given to the Head of Founders.

[iC] Directorate

Have the ability to pay employees until [2iC] Commissioners division
Able to sell ranks until [1iC] Ownership (only if ranks are eligible to be sold). 50% of all sales must be given to the Head of Founders.

[iC] Founders

Able to sell any rank below Founders (Any higher sales must be authorised by a main owner). 50% of all shares must go directly to one of the main owners of CIA.
