Solving a conflict
Being an ‘in-Command’ employee of the CIA requires you to control and maintain a peaceful atmosphere inside the headquarters where members can enjoy interacting with one another. Whenever somebody gets into mischief, you’ll be responsible for dealing with the situation appropriately and disciplining them accordingly.

Here are some tips on how to solve a conflict:
When solving a conflict, make sure to get both sides of the story to make certain you are not biased.
Don’t add fuel to the fire, avoid attacking the member you are dealing with and deal with the situation with professionalism.
Suggest those individuals who argue to put each other on “ignore” in a case if it is happening on Habbo. If employees argue on discord, encourage them to take it to DMs (direct messages) Always take screenshots when conflicts arise to use as evidence - Badge admins can remove badges accordingly if necessary.

If you are struggling to solve the conflict there are other ways of dealing with it.
Contact the Internal Affairs team who are tasked to deal with conflicts in the CIA.
Contact the discord admins as they have a responsibility to remove employees who are causing trouble on our communication platform.

Effective Communication and group work
Your ability to impact successfully is an everyday skill that you don’t want to be without. In the CIA, it isn’t about controlling others. It’s simply about understanding how other employees think and see things. The most important rule is to remember that trying to influence, persuade or negotiate in the way that you can be influenced does not guarantee success. Flexibility is key for your communication for you to get your message across to others. Group work allows you to engage in process skills, critical for processing information and evaluating and solving problems. It also helps you to develop stronger communication skills by receiving feedback on your performances.

Discord

All chats on discord are monitored by the CIA’s Discord admins 24/7.
