5. Communication skills
6. Motivation and engagement, leading with vision, and purpose.

8. Strategy and strategic thinking.
9. Working with uncertainty and ambiuity; decision skills
10. Mentoring, developing internal talent, succession

The program is expected to be passed to the division leader 2-3 days before the said program. So that the diision leader will be able to know if the content of the program will benefit the lower iCs.

You are required to create a small report to update your division leader. The report will be used as a good reference during performance reviews. Additionally, you are not suppose to create a story just a short detailed activity log which clearly explains the activities you have completed.

Legislative Board Qualities
Honesty and integrity are two important ingredients which make a good leader. Leaders succeed in the CIA when they stick to their values and core beliefs. As a member of the Legislative Board team, you are representing the Central Intelligence Agency in everything you do.
Confidence in a leader is essential. To be an effective leader, you must be confident enough to ensure that others follow your commands. Employees will never follow you if you question your qualities and abilities. As a leader, you have to be oozing with confidence, show some swagger and assertiveness to gain respect from others.
Inspiring others is the most difficult job for a leader. It can only be possible if you inspire the CIA employees by setting a good example. When the going gets tough, they look up to see how you react to the situation. You should think positive and this positive approach should be visible through your action whether it’s completing tasks on time or handling a difficult situation.
Resilience is a quality of all leaders must-have. All leaders should show that they are resilient and have a positive attitude. Irrespective of how difficult the circumstances might be, you will need to be rallying your fellow workers. While some are complaining about their problems, great leaders always focus on solutions, not the problems.
