Commissioners [2iC] Rank Guide




This guide is to help employees with their new role as a Commissioners [2iC].
You out to know everything on this guide and guides for positions underneath you.
Congratulations on your new position, as a commissioner! As one of the senior members of the Central Intelligence Agency, you are part of a team who helps to monitor the development and progress of the agency. You will be expected to oversee operations taking place in your area of expertise.

Requirements for Commissioners
Actively engage in the commissioners [2iC] division chat
Create monthly reports on the section that you have been designated to. Perform previous duties (promoting, training, etc)
Attend all division meetings with your division leader.
Oversee the section of CIA that you have been designated. (CIA alliance) Complete all monthly duties.

in-Command Expectations
As an in-command member, you are required to become role models for all lower ranks and therefore responsible for following all rules including iC expectations and rules within the Code of Conduct.

As an in-Command member of the CIA, you are a role model for all lower ranks, so it’s very important you still fill stations and straightforwardly communicate with everyone.
Avoid breaking any CIA rules (Code of Conduct, etc)
You are expected to resemble professionalism in clothing, speech and behaviour both in headquarters and on discord.
Speak to and of others how you would like to be spoken to, and treat others how you would like to be treated.
Having a way to verify your online time by completing monthly duties.
The last login is not recognised as being present nor active in the CIA. You must have satisfactory portal statistics to confirm general activity. If you are unable to be active in the CIA you ought to apply for LOA to remove the risk of being demoted.
You are required to have your online time activity shown at all times, failure to do so will lead to disciplinary action.

You must not be inactive for 7 days or more without having an LOA approved.

Commissioner of Recruitment

As a Commissioner of Recruitment, you are responsible for overseeing all recruiting positions. You are to report to your division leader on the affairs and state of the recruitment in the CIA.

Make sure all agents are being promoted to the next division deservingly.
Ensure all lower ranks know how to properly work the front desks (FTF)
Make certain all lower ranks are aware of their new responsibilities (They can’t be inactive for more than 14 days without LOA)
Make sure everyone who’s participating in recruiting are aware of the Code of Conduct and the CIA rules.
Monitor the recruitment levels within the CIA.
Give proposals for implementations to the leader for approving, establishing strategies and new procedures to help the CIA with recruitment.

Commissioner of HR Training

As a Commissioner of HR Training, you are responsible for monitoring all training within the CIA. You are to report to the division leader on the affairs and state of all HR training.

Make sure all pieces of training are always up-to-date.
Ensure all pieces of training are logged professionally and completed to a high standard.
Ensure all scripts are used correctly.
Make sure all high ranks are fully aware of the Code of Conduct, especially the strike system.
Make certain moderators, moderators and support are aware of their new responsibilities (Discord, portal,training and promotions)
Give proposals for implementations to the division leader

Commissioner of HQ Management

As a Commissioner of HQ Management, you are responsible for controlling and maintaining order in the CIA headquarters at all times. You are to report to the division leader on the affairs and state of the CIA headquarters.

Make sure everyone in the CIA headquarters is adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Ensure all visitors are wearing the special visitor badge.
Make certain everyone who is working in the CIA is wearing the correct B.U.M
Always encourage the CIA employees to fill the front desk, security and training before other stations.
Ensure all stations are used correctly at all times and are constantly monitored.
Make sure the hallway is cleared when they become overcrowded.
Request a RR holder if trolls or raids are present in the headquarters.
Create HQ management proposals for the division leader.

Commissioner of Human Resources

As a Commissioner of Human Resources, you are responsible for helping the employees advance their careers at the CIA with numerous methods. You are to report to the division leader on matters regarding employee development.

Take an active role in helping employees advance their careers by using your initiative.
Make yourself known to the employees and actively engage with the CIA staff.
Instead of grading employees, identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Advertise the opportunities the CIA has to offer to all our employees.
Help shape the culture in the CIA by managing staff satisfaction.
Work closely with the Chief of Staff to implement suggested ideas from the online form.
Give proposals for implementations to the division leader regarding new strategies.

Commissioner of Policies

As a Commissioner of Policies, you are to make a tangible contribution to policing and criminal justice in the CIA by ensuring all policies are regularly updated. You are to report to the division leader when policing difficulties arise.

Undergo regular horizon scanning to anticipate potential risks, issues and policy developments.
Work closely with the Judicial Unit to ensure the CIA Code of Conduct is followed at all times and focused policies are created to protect the CIA employees.
Make certain there are no loopholes in the CIA policies.
Use methods to make sure the CIA employees know and understand how to complete an infraction on the portal.
Put forward ideas whilst displaying a high level of written and verbal reasoning.

Commissioner of Personnel

As the Commissioner of Personnel, you are to maintain fair terms and conditions of employment while at the same time, efficiently managing personnel activities. You are to report to the division leader when unfair treatment with employees is found.

Make sure lower ranks voices are heard when concerns are made.
Compare how the Code of Conduct is used by the low and high ranks of the CIA.
Make certain no employee of the CIA is given special treatment when rules are broken.
Evaluate the opportunities available for the low ranks in the CIA.
Discuss and propose ideas regarding the opportunities the CIA can offer to the employees.

Commissioner of Intelligence Faction

As a Commissioner of Intelligence Fraction, you are responsible for collecting and processing information about the foreign organisation which is needed by the CIA to stop attacks. You are to report to the division leader when future threats arise.

Make sure everyone in the CIA is aware of internet safety and possible threats the CIA could face if security protocols are not followed.
Give early warnings of an impending crisis to the division leader by showing research evidence.
Help to discern the intentions of current and potential opponents.
Protect sensitive information secrets, both of the CIA and its activities, and those of other organisations.
Give proposals for strategy implementations to the division leader.

Task:
You are to update your division leader on your plans and activities during the previous month in a report format. The report will be used as a good reference during performance reviews. Additionally, you are not suppose to create a story just a short detailed activity log which clearly explains the activities you have completed within your designated area.

in-Command Monthly duties
As the last login is not recognised as being active in the CIA, monthly duties must be completed to verify your online presence at the CIA headquarters. Monthly duties are compulsory and every ‘in-command’ member must complete their fair share to retain their position.

Commissioners are required to complete two requirements per month, however, they are not a constraint to only completing two requirements.

Every duty is tracked from the first day of the month until the last day. Failure to complete your monthly duties will result in a formal strike.

Requirements:
24 Promotions
5 pieces of training (All trainings available)
4 Transfers (TU)
Involved heavily in a special Unit (Supervisor evidence)

The in-Command monthly duties will be tracked from the primary day of the month up until the final day of the month until 11:PM GMT. In that case, you’re incapable to complete the requirements you much reach out to your leader. Additionally, taking LOA amind the month does not ensure you’ll be pardoned from completing your duties. Completing your duties whilst taking a Leave of absence is not permitted. If you are caught doing duties, you may risk being marked as inactive.


Personal Assistants


A Personal Assistant (PA) is someone who is allowed to carry out tasks for their boss. PA’s act as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and arranging meetings. Tasks are given to support their boss, which will vary according to the bosses area of expertise.

At no time is your personal assistant to do your work independently without you participating in the task. (If you are to be found of taking advantage of this privilege, your privileges will be revoked.)
You aren’t allowed to hire more than one person to hold a personal assistant role.
You are to treat your personal assistant with the utmost respect.

What do you do in CIA?

Other than the general role of recruiting members, letting people through security and training our new members, you help around the HQ by staying active and making sure that the agency runs smoothly, as well as actively partaking in the several special units above. You also get the opportunity to quickly get promoted up through the ranks.

How often do you pay? and how much do you pay?

Currently, we pay eight times a day at 1am, 2am, 7am, 8am, 1pm, 2pm, 7pm and 8pm GMT+0. We currently pay 3-4c each pay time with the maximum amount of credits you can earn being 32c in one day!
